The Corporate and Accounting Laws (Amendment) Act 2025, except sections 4(e), 5(a) and (b), 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 21, 28, 29, 37(1) to (4), (6), (7), (8), (11) and (18), 38(e) and (f), 42 to 48, 52, 53, 55, 61, 68, 69, 81 to 88, 89(a), 90, 91, 93, 94, 95, 99, 101, 105(1) and (8) to (13), 106 to 110, 112, 114 to 121, 124, 126(c) and (d), 127 to 131, 132(a), (c), (d) and (e), 133, 149, 151, 152(1), 154 and 155(a) and (b), comes into operation on 6 May 2026.
