Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in the Second Schedule —
in Part 30, in item 647, in the first column, after “Section 15”, insert “(as in force immediately before 1 May 2026)”;
in Part 30, in item 648, in the first column, after “Section 16”, insert “(as in force immediately before 1 May 2026)”; and
