Clause 138
The Infrastructure Protection Act 2017 is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “in camera” in the following provision and substituting the words “in private”:Section 77(3); and
(b)
by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 77(4) and (5).
