Clause 141
The Insurance Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “an enforcement order”:Section 31A(1)(iii); and
(b)
by deleting the word “execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “enforcement order”:Section 41E(1)(c).
