Clause 206
The Small Claims Tribunals Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “execution” in the following provision, the words “or enforcement”:Section 10(3);
(b)
by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 27(4) and (5)Section 38(1A) and (2)Section 42(3)(a); and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “stay of execution” wherever they appear in the following provisions, the words “or enforcement”:Section 42(1) to (4) and section heading.
