Clause 207
The Societies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a writ of summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “an originating claim”:Section 35(1)(c); and
(b)
by deleting the word “plaintiff” in the following provision and substituting the word “claimant”:Section 36(1).
