Clause 70
Section 83 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “, Eighth” in subsection (1); and
(b)
by deleting the words “Seventh and Eighth Schedules” in subsection (1A) and substituting the words “Seventh Schedule”.
