Section 100
(1)
If such person does not perform such act or appear and show cause as required by section 99 he shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in that behalf in section 188 of the Penal Code [Cap. 224] and the order shall be made absolute.
(2)
If such corporation does not perform such act or appear and show cause as provided by section 99 the court may impose a fine of such amount as the court considers necessary to secure obedience to its order or process and the order shall be made absolute. [99
