Order to be served or notified
(1)
The order and any other notice or order given or made under this Chapter shall, if practicable, be served on the person or corporation against whom it is made in the manner in this Code provided for service of a summons.
(2)
If the order cannot be so served it shall be notified by proclamation published in the Gazette and a copy of it shall be affixed to such place or places as may be fittest for conveying the information to that person or corporation. [97
