Section 325

Any person sentenced by any court under this Chapter may appeal to the High Court.

Chapter XXVIII shall, so far as it is applicable, apply to appeals under this section and the appellate court may alter or reverse the finding or reduce, alter or reverse the sentence appealed against. [324
