Section 329
(1)
Every application to the High Court to admit a prisoner to bail shall be made to the Court or a Judge and shall, unless otherwise ordered, be supported by affidavit stating when, by whom and under what circumstances the prisoner was committed to custody and where he is detained in custody.
(2)
If the Court thinks fit to order that the prisoner shall be admitted to bail, the order shall be drawn up with a direction that a warrant shall be issued to bring up the prisoner before the Court for the purpose of being bailed. [328[Form 56.]
