(1)
If the court so designated is the High Court, the Public Prosecutor shall with his fiat, send to the Magistrate’s Court a charge signed as required by section 179 which shall be annexed to and form part of the record.
(2)
The Magistrate’s Court shall forthwith serve a copy of that charge on the accused person.[342
