Person released on bail to give address for service
(1)
When any person is released on bail or on his own bond he shall give to the court or officer releasing him an address at which service upon him of all notices and process may be made.
(2)
In any case where that person cannot be found or for other reasons such service on him cannot be effected, any notice or process left for him at the address given shall be deemed to have been duly served upon him.[349
