Form of warrant of arrest
(1)
Every warrant of arrest issued by a court under this Code shall be in writing and signed by a Magistrate or District Judge or a Coroner, as the case may be, or in the case of the High Court by a Judge of the High Court or by the Registrar, and shall bear the seal of the court.
(2)
Every such warrant shall remain in force until it is cancelled by a court or until it is executed.[45[Form 2.]
