Warrants to whom directed
(1)
A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the Commissioner of Police and all other police officers of Singapore, and any police officer may execute the warrant.
(2)
The court issuing a warrant may direct it to any person by name not being police officers, and all or any one or more of such persons may execute the warrant.
(3)
When a warrant is directed to more persons than one it may be executed by all or any one or more of them.[47
