246. Interpretation of this Division
Feedback & supportIn this Division —“designated medical practitioner”, in relation to any psychiatric institution, has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008;“principal officer”, in relation to any psychiatric institution, has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008;“psychiatric institution” has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008.
medical practitioner
“medical practitioner” means a medical practitioner registered or exempted from registration under the Medical Registration Act 1997;
“designated medical practitioner”, in relation to any psychiatric institution, has the meaning given by the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008;
