Regulation 16
First stage
Subregulation 1
The first stage shall be for not less than one year and not more than 2 years.
Subregulation 2
A prisoner in the first stage shall be treated in all respects under the Prisons Act (Cap. 247) and any prisons regulations applicable to prisoners serving a sentence of imprisonment.
