Regulation 15

Every document must comply with such requirements and contain such information and particulars of parties or other persons required by the Registrar.

The Registrar, or any officer charged with the duty of receiving and filing any document, may reject the document if the document does not comply with the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, these Rules or any requirements determined by the Registrar.

A document rejected under paragraph (2) is to be treated as having been filed only on the date on which the document is subsequently accepted for filing by the Registrar, or any officer charged with the duty of receiving and filing any document, and not before that date.

Every document, if not in the English language, must be accompanied by a translation of the document certified by a court interpreter, or a translation verified by the affidavit of a person qualified to translate the document, before the document may be received, filed or used in the Supreme Court.

Amendments to any document must be effected in the manner determined by the Registrar.
