Regulation 6
Computer system of electronic filing service provider
For the purposes of these Rules, the computer system of an electronic filing service provider means the computer servers and network equipment operated, maintained or used by the electronic filing service provider, whether or not such computer servers and network equipment are owned by that electronic filing service provider.
