18. Applications for warehouse licences

Every application for a licence to warehouse goods liable to duty shall be made in writing to the Director-General specifying —

the name, identity card number and address of the applicant;

the style under which he trades;

the class and quantity of goods to be stored;

the estimated annual duty which will be paid on goods cleared from the warehouse;

the location and storage area of the warehouse; and

a detailed plan of the layout and construction of the proposed warehouse.
