Rejoinder by Commissioner
Subregulation 1
If the Minister permits, the Commissioner may submit a rejoinder to the appellant’s reply not later than 21 days after the date that the Minister grants that permission —
by filing the rejoinder with the Appeals Secretary; and
by serving on the appellant a copy of the rejoinder and filing with the Appeals Secretary a notice of service of the copy of the rejoinder.
Subregulation 2
The Commissioner’s rejoinder must be in writing and be signed and dated by a duly authorised officer, and must —
succinctly present the arguments of fact or law in response to the appellant’s reply; and
be accompanied by any evidence supporting the rejoinder.
Subregulation 3
A notice of service mentioned in paragraph (1)(b) must be in the form set out on the Internet website at https://www.mddi.gov.sg.
