Consolidation of appeal
Subregulation 1
Where 2 or more pending appeals involve the same organisation or the same or similar issues, the Minister may at any time, on the request of any party to such an appeal or on the Minister’s initiative, direct that the appeals or any issue raised in the appeals be consolidated or heard together.
Subregulation 2
Before making a direction under paragraph (1), the Minister must invite all parties to the relevant proceedings to make submissions on whether the direction should be made.
Subregulation 3
Where any appeal has been consolidated under paragraph (1), the Minister may make such direction as is necessary for the proper administration of those appeals.
