Section 22

Part 1 applies to District Courts, except section 10

The provisions of Part 1, with the exception of section 10, shall apply to District Courts, with all necessary modifications, and the powers thereby conferred may be exercised by District Judges and the bailiffs of District Courts in accordance with any rules for the time being in force in the District Courts.
