19. Procedure if sinking fund is insufficient

In case the sinking fund created under section 17 is insufficient for the repayment of all principal moneys represented by stock, bearer bonds or book-entry Government securities issued under this Act at the time when they become due, the Minister shall make good the deficiency out of the Consolidated Fund.
