20. Delivery up of stock on repayment

Before the repayment of the principal moneys represented by any stock or bearer bonds issued under this Act, the stock or bearer bonds shall be delivered to the Authority for cancellation as shall be specified in the regulations relating to the issue of the stock or bearer bonds.
