9. Form and validity of licence

Every licence must state its class and be in such form as the Chief Licensing Officer may determine.

“licence” means a licence granted or renewed under this Act authorising the licensee to operate the early childhood development centre specified in the licence;
(2)
Every licence granted or renewed under this Act continues in force for such period as may be specified in the licence unless it is earlier revoked or has its term shortened under section 16.
