Schedule 3

THIRD SCHEDULERegulations 5(1), 12(1), 14, 15(1) and (2), 17 and 18Offences

1. Any offence under Part 2 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993.

2. Any offence under Part 11 of the Women’s Charter 1961.

3. Any offence under Chapter 16 or 22 of the Penal Code 1871.

4. The abetment of any offence that is specified in this Schedule and committed on or after 1 July 2022.

5. The offence under section 420 of the Penal Code 1871 that is committed on or after 1 July 2022.

6. Any offence under the repealed Act.

7. Any offence under Part 1, 4, 5, 10 or 13 of the Education Act 1957.

8. Any offence under Part V, VA, VI, VII, VIII, IX or X of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20, 2009 Revised Edition).

9. Any offence under Part 3, 3A, 4, 5 or 6 of the Building Control Act 1989.

10. Any offence under Part 1, 2 or 7 of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953.

11. Any offence under Part 3, 4, 6, 8 or 9 of the Charities Act 1994.

12. Any offence under Part 3 or 4 of the Child Development Co‑Savings Act 2001.

13. Any offence under Part 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 10A, 11, 11A or 12 of the Companies Act 1967.

14. Any offence under Part VIIIA of the Companies Act (Cap. 50, 2006 Revised Edition).

15. Any offence under Part 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 15A of the Employment Act 1968.

16. Any offence under Part 2, 4 or 5 of the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act 1990.

17. Any offence under Part 3, 6, 9A, 10, 11 or 12 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987.

18. Any offence under Part 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 7 of the Fire Safety Act 1993.

19. Any offence under Part 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 or 10 of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006.
