FOURTH SCHEDULERegulation 5(3)building structure, fire safety, public health and sanitation requirements
1. Fire safety works have been carried out and completed on the centre concerned, and a fire safety certificate in respect of those works has been issued by the Commissioner of Civil Defence under section 60(3) of the Fire Safety Act 1993.
2. A certificate of statutory completion or a temporary occupation permit has been issued in respect of the centre concerned by the Commissioner of Building Control under section 12 of the Building Control Act 1989.
3. Written permission has been granted under section 14A(1) of the Planning Act 1998 in respect of the use of the centre concerned as a centre by the competent authority as defined under section 2 of that Act.
