Prescribed periods for inspection of EV charger
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 25(2)(a) of the Act, the prescribed period in relation to the inspection after the first lawful certification under section 23 of the Act is as follows: (a)in a case of a fixed EV charger installed at a non‑restricted access location — 6 months;
(b)
in any other case — 24 months.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 25(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed period in relation to the intervals for inspection is as follows: (a)in a case of a fixed EV charger installed at a non‑restricted access location — every 6 months;
(b)
in any other case — every 24 months.
