Regulation 13
Duty to disconnect, remove and shut down specified EV chargers on end of approved trial
Subregulation 1
The specified person must, within the decommissioning period —
disconnect every specified EV charger from the electricity grid;
remove every specified EV charger from the electrical installation it is affixed to; and
shut down every specified EV charger.
Subregulation 2
In paragraph (1), the decommissioning period is —
in a case where the authorisation granted to the specified person is cancelled under rule 8 or 9 of the Electric Vehicles Charging (Trials and Special Uses) (General) Rules 2023 — the period of 30 calendar days after the date on which the cancellation takes effect; or
in any other case — the period of 30 calendar days after the end of the specified period.
