Regulation 10
Duty to maintain specified EV chargers
The specified person must ensure that —
(a)
any specified EV charger deployed is at all times maintained in a good condition and in accordance with the applicable requirements set out in TR25:2022 as notified by the LTA to the specified person; and
(b)
the charging system of any specified EV charger deployed is at all times functioning properly,such that no harm or damage is caused, or likely to be caused, to any person or property.
