Regulation 12
Duty to provide information upon request
The specified person must, upon a written request by the LTA, provide to the LTA any information relevant to the undertaking of the approved trial —
(a)
in a case of any information about any accident arising from the approved trial that has caused, or has posed a risk of, bodily injury to any individual or damage to any property or vehicle — by the date and time specified by the LTA in the written request; or
(b)
in any other case — within 14 calendar days after the date on which the specified person receives the written request.
