Section 40

The Authority may require an electricity licensee to prepare and file with the Authority such emergency plans in accordance with, and as may be specified in, its licence and the market rules.

The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, direct an electricity licensee to implement an emergency plan prepared by that licensee on one or more occasions and with such modifications as the Minister may, from time to time, consider necessary.
