76. Suspension and revocation of electrical or supply installation licence
Feedback & supportAn electrical or a supply installation licence may at any time be suspended or revoked by the Authority —
supply installation
“supply installation” means the whole of any plant or apparatus in an installation owned or managed by a person for the provision of electricity (other than electricity used for the transmission of any communication or signal) solely for the person’s own use, including any machine supplying mechanical energy to a generator, with all necessary related plant, buildings and land, supply lines and consuming apparatuses, if any;
on breach of any of the conditions of the licence or for non‑compliance with any of the provisions of this Act;
in default of payment of any money due; or
if the licensee ceases to work or operate any electrical or supply installation in respect of which the licence was granted.
