31. Waiver
Feedback & supportAny accredited certification authority that wishes to apply for a waiver of any of the requirements specified in these Regulations may apply in writing to the Controller at the time when it submits an application for accreditation.
The application must be supported by reasons for the application and include any supporting documents that the Controller may require.
