Regulation 9
Work holiday pass
Subregulation 1
Every application for a work holiday pass shall be submitted by a foreigner and shall —
be made in such form as the Controller may determine;
be accompanied by an undertaking from the foreigner in such terms as the Controller may determine; and
be supported by such information, statements and documents as the Controller may require.

Subregulation 2
A work holiday pass issued to a foreigner may be cancelled on an application to the Controller made by the holder thereof (or his personal representative) and in such form and manner as the Controller may determine.
