Interpretation of this Division

In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“registered corporation” means any registrable corporation registered under section 23 as such;“registrable corporation” means any corporation declared, or which qualifies, by an order under section 22 to be such, but does not include a transport facility operator under Part 4.
