Section 31A
Reports and plans
(1)
A requirement to submit a report or a plan under this Part to the Director‑General is a requirement to do so in accordance with any requirements prescribed under section 78 for the report or plan, including its preparation and submission.
(2)
The Director‑General may, in respect of any incomplete or inaccurate report or plan submitted, in writing direct the person required to submit the report or plan to, within the time period specified in the direction (or any longer time that the Director‑General allows in the particular case) —
carry out any rectification or re‑computation that the Director‑General requires; and
resubmit the report or plan,and the person must comply with the direction.
(3)
Any person that contravenes subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence.
