61. Exemption
Feedback & supportThe Transport Minister may, by order in the Gazette and with or without conditions, exempt —
Transport Minister
Defined · s 2
“Transport Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for transport;
(a)
any class, description or type of motor vehicles, business activity or premises from all or any of the provisions of this Part; or
premises
Defined · s 2
“premises” means any building, plant, workplace or other premises at which electricity, fuel or any other form of energy is consumed;
(b)
any class or description of persons from compliance with all or any of the provisions of this Part.
