Section 8

Public servants

Each of the following persons is deemed to be a public servant for the purposes of the Penal Code 1871:

(a)

the Director-General and every authorised officer appointed under section 6(2);

(b)

every transport sector authorised officer appointed under section 7(1)(a), (2)(a) or (3)(a).
