Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Energy Conservation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 247/2013), in regulation 2(b) —
replace “8(1) or (2),” with “8D(4), 8E(4), 8F(3) or (4),”; and
replace “or 11(2)” with “, 11(2) or 12B(1), (2) or (5)”.
