Regulation 5
Import of off-road diesel engine
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), no person shall on or after 1st July 2012 import an off-road diesel engine except with the prior written approval of the Director-General.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to any off-road diesel engine imported solely for re-export or transhipment to any other country.
Subregulation 3
Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
