Registered supplier to notify Director-General of change in particulars
Subregulation 1
A registered supplier must notify the Director‑General of any change to any of the particulars provided to the Director‑General in an application under regulation 7(1) not less than 14 days before the change.
Subregulation 2
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
