SECOND SCHEDULERegulation 5(2)(c)Fees1.Application to register the following regulated goods: (a)air-conditioner$38(b)chiller$160(c)refrigerator$382.Application to renew the registration of the following regulated goods: (a)air-conditioner$20(b)chiller$160(c)refrigerator$20Notes:1. The fee in paragraph 1 is not payable on an application by a person who has —

(a)

registered the same model of regulated goods under section 13(2) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012; or

(b)

applied to register the same model of regulated goods in accordance with regulation 4 of the Energy Conservation (Regulated Goods and Registered Suppliers) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 748/2017).

2. The fee in paragraph 2 is not payable on an application by a person who has —

(a)

registered the same model of regulated goods under section 13(2) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012; or

(b)

applied to register the same model of regulated goods in accordance with regulation 4 of the Energy Conservation (Regulated Goods and Registered Suppliers) Regulations 2017.
