Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.
Amendment of regulation 5
In the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations (Rg 6), in regulation 5, replace “1 April 2025” with “1 April 2026”.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
In the Environmental Protection and Management (Vehicular Emissions) Regulations, in the Fourth Schedule, in paragraph 1(d), in the second column, in sub‑paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii), replace “Phase 1” with “Phase 2”.
