Regulation 2

replace the definition of “adult disability home” with —“ “adult disability home” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Social Residential Homes Act 2025;”;

delete the definitions of “disability hostel” and “home for the aged”;

replace the definition of “home for children and young persons” with —“ “home for children and young persons” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Social Residential Homes Act 2025;”; and

after the definition of “psychiatric facility”, insert —“ “sheltered home” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Social Residential Homes Act 2025;”.
