Regulation 3

Prior inspection of premises

The Director-General may, as he thinks fit, order an inspection by the authorised officer of the premises to be used for the import, manufacture, processing or sale of animal feed and a report to be made thereon and may at his discretion issue a licence subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
