Regulation 9

Certificate by authorised officer

In any legal proceedings, the production of a certificate issued by the authorised officer shall be admissible as evidence and shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein unless either party to the proceedings requires the authorised officer to be called as a witness in the proceedings.
