Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Films (Classification and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Films (Classification and Licensing) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 341/2019), in regulation 2, in the definition of “psychoactive substance”, after “volatile solvent,”, insert “and includes any specified psychoactive substance within the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993,”.
