1. Citation and commencement
Feedback & supportThis Notification is the Films (Classification — Exempt Films Other than Video Games) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and, except for paragraphs 2(a) to (d), 3(a) and 4, comes into operation on 1 May 2026.

Subregulation 1
This Notification is the Films (Classification — Exempt Films Other than Video Games) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and, except for paragraphs 2(a) to (d), 3(a) and 4, comes into operation on 1 May 2026.
Subregulation 2
Paragraphs 2(a) to (d), 3(a) and 4 are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
